For printing: Rolan and KBA high quality printing machines for printing, and have guys to check the colors during printing.
Surface treatment: varinsh, glossy/matte lamination, UV spot. Every process control by machines.
Mounting: the skillfull workers improve the tecnology, make sure the paper and corrugated mounting perfectly.
Diecutting: will test the knife template on the diecuting machine first, assemble one and test, if OK then for the mass production .
Gluing: our expericened production manager will choose the suitable glue according to different cardboards and different surface treatment. Will make sure the glued parts are dry enough for package.
Package: fold the displays carefully and pack them in strong shippers. To save the CBM, we will fold some parts of the displays and make the shipper as small as possible.
